It means MPH never files your application or provides legal advice. A licensed immigration attorney in your chosen jurisdiction is your legal representative — they file, advise on law, and carry legal responsibility. MPH coordinates the project and manages the process around them.
No. Attorney fees, government processing fees, due diligence fees, and investment amounts are separate and paid directly to the relevant parties. MPH's fee covers advisory and coordination only. We will provide a full cost estimate — including estimated third-party costs — before you commit.
No hidden commissions. Where any referral relationship exists — for example with a property developer or investment fund — it is disclosed in writing in your engagement agreement before you sign. You can always request an alternative option with no commission relationship.
No facilitation firm can guarantee approval — and any firm that does should be treated with serious scepticism. Governments can change or suspend programs at any time. We disclose these risks in writing. Our fee covers the service provided — not a guaranteed outcome.
MPH is not a tax advisory firm and does not provide tax advice. However, we maintain relationships with independent international tax advisors across our active jurisdictions, and post-approval introductions to tax counsel are included in Tier 2 and Tier 3 engagements.
MPH is not the right fit for clients seeking the cheapest possible path to a second passport, clients with undisclosed source-of-funds issues, clients unwilling to engage independent legal counsel, or clients looking for a guarantee of approval on an unrealistic timeline.
