3.2 AI Concierge. The MPH AI Concierge is an automated conversational tool designed to help users navigate the platform, identify relevant content, and understand the range of markets and programmes covered. The Concierge provides general information only. Responses are not personalised financial advice and should not be relied upon as such.

3.3 Intelligence Briefing. Subscribers may receive the MPH Intelligence Briefing — a periodic email publication containing market updates, programme changes, and editorial analysis. You may unsubscribe at any time.

3.4 Membership Programmes. The Company offers the following membership tiers:

• Explorer Membership — entry-level access to the Intelligence Platform and Briefing.
• Investor Membership — enhanced access including priority content and Concierge access.
• Founding Membership — all Investor benefits plus direct advisory access and monthly consultation calls.

Membership fees are billed as stated at the point of purchase. All membership fees are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a membership, you authorise Mission Point Holdings LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

3.5 Advisory and Retainer Engagements. The Company may offer structured advisory engagements on a retainer basis. The terms, scope, fees, and duration of each retainer engagement are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3.6 Developer Introductions. The Company may facilitate introductions between qualified investors and vetted property developers or professional service providers on an informational basis only. The Company is not a party to any transaction arising from an introduction, and accepts no liability for the conduct, representations, or performance of any third party introduced through the platform.

4. User Accounts and Security

Certain features of the Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

5.1 Membership Billing. Membership fees are charged in advance on the billing cycle selected at purchase (monthly or annual). Payment is processed by Stripe on behalf of Mission Point Holdings LLC.

5.2 Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Refunds. Membership fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services is the property of Mission Point Holdings LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
